Copies of our ETI based Supply Chain Ethical Sourcing & Social Compliance poster are available in English and local languages and are displayed in prominent positions across all our Supply Chain Partners’ factories, where our China-based teams work with factory management and worker representatives to ensure all workers have knowledge of their rights as set out in the ETI Base Code and our Sydney-based team has provided copies in English to our  Bangladesh and India factories with future copies in the most appropriate local languages to follow.

In addition, our We Care-We Listen program set out in these posters currently allows China based Workers to access a Toll Free China number and a QR code that allows them to anonymously report Workplace grievances where follow up and mitigation are managed by our trained China Team in conjunction with our Sydney Senior Compliance Team Management.

After stabilisation of our Bangladesh approved Supply chain Partners, we will move forward with establishing a We Care – We Listen Workers Grievance Reporting and Mitigation program based on our successful China based program that will operate in conjunction with our Sydney Senior Compliance Team Management.
