As we have identified a clear link between Excessive Working Hours and our Responsible Purchasing Practices, we have partnered with the “Industry We Want Better Buying Partnership” survey for their 2024 & 2025 cycles where several our Supply Chain Partners were able to review our purchasing practices with them and where results indicated our status as True Partners and Collaborators which further strengthens our vision and performance that allows for meaningful, two-way dialogue that can focus on improvement and mitigation programs.
